Receive a notifci ation from GMT Fleet Administration Services - to collect the vehicle licence- and sign the acknowledgement of receipt for vehicle licence disk (and COF disk if relevant). Request a copy of the signed collection form to avoid duplicate licence disks requetss, and file for record keeping purposes.
