Background: Depending on the age of the vehicle the currentbranding on the vehicle can be outdated, or the branding has faded, or accident damage, parking dents or rust repairs was done on the vehicles - and therefore requires branding adjustmetsn. The Technical Assistants within Fleet Repairs and Maintenance will assist with the replacement of faded, missing or outdated decals - when inspecting vehicle repairs and maintenance at Vehicle Related Suppliers premises. As well as vehicle asset inspections performed at Client Department premises. Including special projects such as GMT year end impairment test (vehicle condition) inspections and/or evaluating the remaining useful lives of vehicles, etc. As part of the vehicle inspection process - the vehicles will be photographed. The Admin Clerks within Fleet Repairs and Maintenance will index the photographs and upload it into Open Text ECM (per vehilcefolder.)
