Receive feedback from the TechnicalAssistant within Fleet Repairs and Maintenance that the vehicle decals are outdated, faded, incomplete or partly removed. In said instancescontact the ClientDepartments TCO, RTO and TO and request that the vehicle be brought in to GMT Maitland and have the vehiclebrandingcorrected. If the vehicle is based more than 100kms from Cape Town - the vehicle will be directed to the nearest Vehicle Related Supplier to to have the decals corrected. In such a case the WCG decals will be courieredto the Vehicle Related Supplier by the Admin Clerk: Fleet Planning and Acquisition (with instructionson the fitmentthereo,f and thatonce fitted digital photographs needs to be emailed to GMT.) The Admin Clerk: Fleet Planningand Acquisition will index the photographs and upload It into Open Text ECM (per vehicle folder.)
