Register a case in LiveTrack with a reference number and upload the word version of the submsision, and other relevant documentation (in PDF format) onto LiveTrack, and forward it to the various decision makers for comments, recommendation and approval(i.e. Assistant Directo:rFleet Planning and Acquistiion, Deputy Director: Fleet Operations and Head of GMT).
