If the Chief Director for SCM (at Head Office) decided is not relevant to refer to the TPW BAC - the deviation will be approved ito item 122 of the TPW AO delegations issued on 3 April 2014. Thereafter the GMT submission will be forwarded to the Head of GMT for approval (as per item 89 and 123 of said delegations).
