In highly exceptional cases the vehicle month end odo can be amended retrospectively - but the Admin Clerk: Fleet Planning and Acquisition butt will require the approval of the Deputy Director: Fleet Operations (in order to instruct the GMT Development Team to make the adjustment on the system).
