The FleetMan.Drivers@westerncape.gov.zaemail address receives a CSV file (MS Excel spread sheet) from TMT informing GMT of the traffic offences linked to the id number of GMTs Proxy (being Mr Koegelenberg). TMT manages traffic offences for more or less 12 Municipalities (excluding the City of Cape Town -to be explained later).
