Forward the COO MS Excel spreadsheet/file to the Fleetbase Development Team and request them to run said file against the Traffic Offence database. As the driver details for each traffic offence becomes known the Fleetbase system will populate (complete) the COO XML file with the driver details (as prescribed by Syntel). Said process can be run multiple times as the driver details are received and captured on the Fleetbase system as explained.
